rejoicing with Jesus

Yesterday afternoon, Sara May (Fitzgerald) Shankle passed away.

My beautiful grandmother has gone, 

after being diagnosed with abdominal cancer seven short weeks ago. 

She's now rejoicing with Jesus, where there's no such thing as cancer.

"This is my comfort in my affliction,

   that your promise gives me life."
